Mission statement

The Gear Foundation is dedicated to advocating for those with disabilities, focusing on connecting them, their parents, and caregivers with essential resources and services. We prioritize simplifying access to these resources, providing comprehensive support to caregivers, and enhancing the lives of adults with special needs.

Additionally, we are committed to fostering a community of support by assisting in the establishment and development of nonprofits focused on serving this demographic.

Our mission is to create an inclusive, supportive environment where the challenges faced by those with disabilities and their families are acknowledged and actively addressed, promoting a society that values and celebrates their contributions.
